1. General Information
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of all services provided by mbaji and its website mbaji.lat. By accessing the website, creating an account, or using any gaming service, you automatically agree to these Terms.
mbaji operates an online gaming platform for users in Bangladesh. The platform offers cricket betting, slots, live casino, and other gaming options. We are committed to ensuring a safe, fair, and transparent environment at all times.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
To open an account and use any gaming service on mbaji, you must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is strictly for users aged 21 and above. Providing a false or incorrect age during registration will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all winnings.
2.2 Single Account Policy
Only one account is permitted per person. The same individual or members of the same household may not operate multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method. mbaji reserves the right to close all associated accounts if this rule is violated.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
You must provide true, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. If any of your details change, notify the mbaji support team immediately. mbaji may request necessary documents at any time for identity verification.
2.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You must not allow any third party to use your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the support team immediately.
3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
mbaji currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank). Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.
3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 for all methods
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
- Typical withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours
3.3 Verification Process
mbaji may verify your identity before processing a withdrawal request. This may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, and verification of your payment method. Failure to submit the required documents on time may delay your withdrawal.
3.4 Third-Party Transactions Prohibited
Depositing into your account from another person's bank account or mobile banking is strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, the funds will be returned and the account may be suspended or permanently closed.
4. Bonus & Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you an additional ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000. Depositing ৳32,000 or more gives you the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳47,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. This applies only to the bonus amount, not the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 before withdrawing any bonus winnings.
Please note: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the bonus terms are met. If you request account closure while a bonus is active, any unused bonus will be forfeited.
4.3 Bonus Abuse
If evidence of abuse or manipulation of the bonus program is found, mbaji reserves the right to close the account and forfeit all bonuses and associated winnings. This includes coordinated betting, use of multiple accounts, and bonus arbitrage.
4.4 Promotional Offers
mbaji periodically offers additional promotional offers, cashback, and VIP rewards. Each offer has its own specific terms, which are published at the time the offer is announced. The VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum — each offering weekly cashback benefits.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
5.1 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mbaji platform:
- Playing games through fraud, deception, or manipulation
- Placing bets using automated bots or software
- Attempting to steal or access another user's account information
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
- Harassing or threatening other users
5.2 Technical Issues
mbaji reserves the right to void any incorrect payments or credits resulting from software bugs, server outages, or other technical errors. Any gains derived from a technical error will not be considered legitimate winnings.
5.3 Intellectual Property
All content on the mbaji website — logos, graphics, text, software — is the intellectual property of mbaji. Copying, distributing, or modifying this content without prior permission is prohibited.
6. Privacy & Data Protection

7. Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 Closure at the User's Request
You may request to close your account at any time through the support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any outstanding balance before the request is processed, provided all withdrawal conditions are met.
7.2 Closure at mbaji's Initiative
mbaji may suspend or close any account without notice for the following reasons:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms
- Providing false or incomplete registration information
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity
- Refusal to complete identity verification
- Compliance with legal obligations
7.3 Inactive Accounts
Accounts that have been unused for an extended period may be marked as inactive. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts. Contact the support team to reactivate your account.
8. Responsible Gaming

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be removed, but the remaining Terms will continue in effect.
